Since 2017, Shannon Faulkner has been connected to the Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation family, first serving as a private marketing contractor and later joining Fairway professionally in 2024. Through her years of working alongside Fairway, Shannon discovered her passion for helping seniors and their families enjoy retirement with more comfort and financial peace.
Since officially joining Fairway in 2024, Shannon’s journey with Fairway Home Mortgage has been a tremendous blessing. She has had the opportunity to meet incredible team members, experience Fairway’s culture firsthand, and grow in a career that allows her to serve others in a meaningful way. She was also honored to receive the prestigious Rookie of the Year award, a very special milestone in her journey.
As a reverse mortgage advocate, Shannon guides clients through Home Equity Conversion Mortgage (HECM) options, whether they are looking to eliminate monthly mortgage payments, purchase a new home, or explore jumbo reverse mortgage solutions. Her goal is always to make the process simple, transparent, and tailored to each family’s unique needs.
In addition to her mortgage work, Shannon leads the Golden Road to Retirement Living education series, connecting seniors with local professionals, trusted resources, and helpful information to support them in living their best lives.
Outside of work, Shannon is a proud wife, mom of six daughters, grandmother of two grandsons, and now a new baby granddaughter. She brings the same care, dedication, and heart to her clients that she brings to her own family. For Shannon, this work is personal. It is about listening, educating, serving, and always putting her clients’ goals first.
